"The Other Side of the Coin" is a magnificent sports drama by filmmaker Anna Maxim about the life and career of weightlifter Nazik Avdalyan. The film won Best Feature Film at the 2024 Pomegranate Film Festival in Toronto, Canada.

After suffering a serious injury in a car accident, Nazik Avdalyan was forced to take a seven-year break from competitive sports. However, she returned and—despite the distrust of others and in extreme physical pain—won two gold medals at the European Championships.
