The association promotes interest and support for Armenia in Switzerland and
undertakes appropriate information and coordination activities in
public and politics. He maintains an efficient
Information platform. He
promotes the networking of interested individuals, groups and organizations with a view to rapid and coordinated mutual exchange.
informs the public and political actors in Switzerland and beyond in a neutral and timely manner about the (geo)political developments in Armenia and relevant activities of Switzerland.
deepens the understanding and knowledge of Armenian culture and history through concerts, films, lectures and discussions.
Our organization .
networkarmenia.ch was founded in November 2024 as an association within the meaning of Articles 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB) by a group of people who feel a special connection to Armenia.
The association is politically independent and religiously neutral. Membership is open to both natural and legal persons.
The association's governing bodies are the general assembly, the board of directors, and an auditing body. The board consists of a minimum of five and a maximum of seven members. A significant representation of people of Armenian descent is sought.
The association is financed through membership fees, sponsorship contributions, income from its own events, and donations and contributions of all kinds. Membership fees are set annually by the general meeting.
All work by the association's officers is carried out on a voluntary basis. The board may employ or commission individuals to achieve the association's goals for appropriate compensation.
